MEET PROXIMITY
Proximity Laboratory Services offers a unique ancillary service to physicians who want to own their own off-site clinical laboratory, fully managed and operated by laboratory experts.
THE CHALLENGE
In the highly competitive medical ancillary sector, startups often rely on independent sales reps due to limited resources. Proximity Lab Services struggled to attract and train these reps effectively, spending too much time on interviews and onboarding without seeing tangible results. They needed a solution to automate the recruitment, onboarding, and training process to improve efficiency and outcomes.
THE STRATEGY
To begin, Gnosis examined the current process for sales distributor throughput to find inefficiencies. We then created a new strategy to automate as much as possible, reducing the amount of time spent with each candidate:

THE RESULTS
By creating an automated independent rep throughput process, Gnosis was able to help Proximity scale their business to new heights. Prior to working with Gnosis, Proximity had less than 10 independent reps. Within 1 month, Gnosis more than quadrupled their sales force.
